A Wellness Brand with a Story: Live Rishi
In the last few years, new CBD and wellness products have been cropping up everywhere you look. In 2018, Dion Label Printing partnered with a brand that was not only making high-quality and reliable CBD products, they were doing so based on a strong mission to help others. Live Rishi is a lifestyle brand founded on holistic all natural organic living, and all of their products are meant to provide the gifts of the earth to everyone with love, care, and respect.
Live Rishi Story
One of the co-founders of Live Rishi, Linda, nearly lost her life from complications due to prescription drugs. She was lucky to survive thanks to faith, her loving husband, Jim, and the healing properties of CBD. Jim's late mother left behind a journal containing a list of holistic ingredients for a CBD recipe, which they concocted to aid in Linda's recovery. It would later provide the base for what would become the brand’s signature Rishi Rub.
Jim and Rishi had a fortuitous chance meeting in 2016 when Jim was driving for Uber and happened to pick Rishi up. On that ride they ended up discussing the unfortunate circumstances of Jim’s wife’s condition and medical bills. Rishi recalls, “I wanted to do something kind for them both and invited the couple out for a drink. After learning that CBD was a key ingredient in healing Linda’s pains, aches, and even surgical scar, I tried using some on myself. My skin felt completely rejuvenated. From the very first, they have been independent and self-funded. They experienced many trials and errors when they started, but they have always believed that their business exists to bring people the highest quality relief. Rishi says, “We are focused on making the best products without cutting corners to pay dividends to any external investors who are only interested in a financial ROI, and also walking away from any offers or partnerships where there were attempts to pressure us into cheaper costs by sacrificing our products’ quality.”
Now in 2021 they have their own facility in Arizona where every product is created in small batches. And the co-founders are truly involved in every aspect of the brand, as Jim and Linda make the products by hand! This year also marked their USDA Organic Certification. According to Rishi, “from the beginning we have always used the highest quality organic ingredients. We are now USDA Certified Organic in both our Rishi Drops tinctures and our flagship Rishi Rub products.”
